Jennifer “Jen” Bordeaux brings a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to her role as Director of Administration & Engagement at Jackson Roofing & Gutters. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University and a Master of Science degree from East Carolina University, Jen’s strong academic foundation and diverse professional background, equip her with the skills to approach challenges strategically and creatively, ensuring that customers feel confident knowing they’ve chosen the best roofer in Raleigh, Cary, Wake Forest, Durham, and surrounding areas in North Carolina.

As Director of Administration & Engagement, Jen manages the company’s administrative operations and leads initiatives to continuously develop Jackson Roofing & Gutter’s engagement with the community. She understands that a roof is your home’s first line of defense from natural elements and takes pride in helping homeowners make informed decisions with honest solutions.

Outside of work, Jen is a co-host of the Ramblings of a Restless Mind Podcast and is deeply involved in the community. She currently serves on the board of directors for SAFEchild, advocating for child abuse intervention and prevention. She also supports her alma mater, Appalachian State University, by serving on the App State Triangle Alumni Chapter board.
